Nick Monteleone is a vibrant young composer currently residing in Chicago where he recently completed his degree in Music Composition at Columbia College Chicago. His unorthodox arrangements of orchestral and electronic elements led to many collaborations with Chicago filmmakers, two of which were accepted as official selections at the Cannes Film Festival in 2007 and 2008 respectively. Nick is constantly exploring the boundaries of musical expression as it relates to the moving image. His compositions have been used in industrial, commercial, multi-media, and film works with many clients including Sun Microsystems, Loyola University, Boys and Girls Club of America, and the Chicago Foundation for Women.
